48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will be charged the total amount of the missed service. If there is an unforeseen emergency, the fee may be applied towards another appointment within five days, subject to availability. Failure to notify or no show will result in a full service charge to the card on file and cannot be credited towards rescheduled appointments. NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete new client questionnaire.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Cash is accepted only in the amount of the service cost. We do not accept personal or certified checks and money orders.

GRATUITY

As of February 2024 we now accept gratuity although kept menu and membership pricing the same. This is applicable to all services minus our only ‘medi-spa’ service of PicoSure Laser.

RETURNS

All sales are final, although your satisfaction is a priority, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns regarding your service or products.

DIRECTIONS

Drive past III Forks Steakhouse front door and loop around the fountain to the left. We're directly located next door to Modern Luxe Hair Salon on the right side. Parking is available in front our our Studio in the same parking lot as III Forks Steakhouse.
